Established in Ghana in 2014, SOPF has been committed to rescuing, restoring, and transforming lives through Christ.

Established in Ghana, 2014

Souls of Paradise Foundation (SOPF) was established in Ghana in 2014 as a Christian, non-profit organization committed to serving vulnerable individuals, strengthening communities, and sharing the hope of Jesus Christ through practical action.

Incorporated · 5 May 2014

Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179), as a company limited by guarantee. Certificate of Incorporation: CG102062014. TIN: C0003531201.

Commencement · 19 May 2014

The Foundation was permitted to commence business on 19 May 2014, guided by its founding vision, mission, and strategic direction.

Dickson John Yeboah

Dickson John Yeboah

Founder & President

Dickson John Yeboah is the Founder, Director and Public Relations Officer of Souls of Paradise Foundation (SOPF), a Christian non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through Gospel outreach, health education, skills development, humanitarian support and community empowerment. An ordained Evangelist trained at Word Impact Bible Training School, Dickson also holds certificates in Theology, Caregiving and ICT. With over 15 years of experience in non-profit and community-focused work, he brings practical experience in programme coordination, community engagement, fundraising, partnerships and organizational development. Passionate about young people, vulnerable communities and human dignity, Dickson is committed to building meaningful partnerships that turn compassion into practical, sustainable impact. Under his leadership, SOPF continues to pursue initiatives that create opportunities, restore hope and empower individuals and communities to build better futures. His vision is simple: to see lives transformed, communities strengthened and hope restored through faith, service and sustainable.

Alfred Kwame Eyiah

Alfred Kwame Eyiah

Chairman, Board of Trustees

Alfred is a Ghanaian communications professional with extensive experience in journalism, public relations, and mass communication. He holds multiple diplomas in Journalism and Media Studies, with specialization in Public Relations and Mass Communication, and has further pursued studies in Economics with the Chartered Institute of Economics–Ghana. With over 10 years of progressive experience, Alfred brings valuable expertise in strategic communication, public relations, personnel management, and organizational development. His professional insight and commitment to social welfare contribute significantly to the growth and effective administration of Souls of Paradise Foundation (SOPF). He also serves as a Presiding Elder of The Church of Pentecost, Top Town Assembly, Kasoa, and is passionate about community service, social welfare, and empowering individuals and families. As Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Alfred provides leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance to support SOPF’s mission and sustainable development.

Daniel Adjei

Vice Chairman, Board of Trustees & Chaplain

Daniel is an experienced businessman, technology entrepreneur, and ordained minister, serving as Director of Elim Computer Institute and Secretariat Services. He brings valuable expertise in entrepreneurship, information technology, business networking, financial planning, and organizational management. His business acumen contributes to SOPF’s personnel management, budgeting, cost control, and effective resource allocation. He is also passionate about mentoring, leadership development, and nurturing talents. As an ordained Pastor of the Assemblies of God, Ghana Church, and founder of Fountain of Life Assembly, Daniel provides strong spiritual leadership and pastoral guidance. As Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chaplain, he combines professional expertise with Christian leadership to support SOPF’s mission and sustainable community impact.

Desmond Quarshie

Executive Director

Desmond Quarshie is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), a businessman, and a Christian minister with experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community service. He serves as the Head Pastor of Eternal Life Assemblies of God, providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance to the church and community. As Executive Director of Souls of Paradise Foundation (SOPF), he provides strategic and administrative leadership, supporting the implementation of the Foundation’s programmes in gospel outreach, skills development, health education, youth and women empowerment, and community development. His diverse experience in academia, business, and ministry contributes to SOPF’s commitment to practical service, responsible leadership, empowerment, and sustainable community transformation.

Ellen Otoo

Executive Secretary

Ellen Otoo is a dedicated educator and professional administrator who serves as the Secretary of Souls of Paradise Foundation (SOPF). With a background in teaching, she brings strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to the Foundation. Ellen has been part of SOPF since 2013, joining the Foundation as a young participant during its early talent development activities while she was in basic school. She remained actively connected through her Senior High School years, after completing school, and continues to serve the Foundation as a working professional. As the only member of her original group of young participants who has remained with SOPF throughout this journey, her continued service reflects a strong sense of loyalty, commitment, and belief in the Foundation’s mission. As Secretary, she supports the Foundation’s documentation, correspondence, coordination, and administrative functions, while contributing her experience and institutional knowledge to the continued growth and development of SOPF.

Finance & Treasurer

The Finance & Treasurer is responsible for supporting the Foundation’s financial administration, budgeting, record-keeping, financial reporting, and responsible stewardship of its resources. The role ensures that financial transactions are properly documented and that SOPF’s funds and resources are managed responsibly in support of its programmes and objectives. The Treasurer also contributes to financial planning, transparency, accountability, and sound financial management, helping to safeguard the Foundation’s resources and maintain proper financial records in accordance with SOPF’s policies and applicable requirements.

Programmes Coordinator

The Programmes Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the implementation of SOPF’s programmes and community activities. The role involves working with staff, volunteers, partners, and community stakeholders to ensure that programmes are well organized, effectively delivered, and aligned with the Foundation’s mission and objectives. The Coordinator also supports programme monitoring, documentation, reporting, and follow-up, helping to ensure that SOPF’s initiatives achieve meaningful and sustainable impact in the communities it serves.
